I picked up my guitar this afternoon and have been playing it. I'm stunned. It far exceeds my expectations. I'm still playing around with the pick-up/distortion/tone configurations, but the improvement is immediately obvious and substantial. Considering the sentimental value of the guitar, the sound enhancement alone is well worth the cost. The action on the other hand leaves me speechless. I couldn't have imagined this level of playability in my wildest dreams. As I mentioned at the outset of this project It's been quite a while since I've played, but I don't think there's a guitar hanging on the walls of today's music stores that has an action comparable to this. I don't know what all you did, but when I purchase my next guitar (new & high-end included), the first place it goes is to your shop for an upgrade. Thanks for all your work. You're a credit to your craft and you have a true understanding of the finer points of customer service.

Hi Tracy. I just wanted to express a special thank you for the work you had recently done for my Les Paul Classic. I have to say that the instrument has NEVER felt and sounded so good. The clarity, sustain, action and overall performance is a breath of fresh air. I suppose I have that comfortable feeling (again) of why I purchased the guitar in the first place years ago. And I thank you for that. I have a Mexican Strat which also needs some work and I have the confidence in knowing that I have an honest professional who has the ability to really improve the quality of a guitar. I have already recommended to several of my friends who need your expertise. Thanks again Tracy.

Tracy, The strat feels and sounds great! I don't see how it could be any better! The new battery clip that you put in the Martin is really cool, plus it doesn't get in the way of the "Martin" or the serial number on the block. I like it!! Thank you once again for a great job. You are an awesome and gifted guitar tech. with a true passion for these instruments.
